The purposes of processing and the lawful basis for processing

Your data can be processed for the following purposes:

Lawful basis of processing:

responses to your inquiries, presentation of offers, contacts related to offers, conclusion of a contract, delivery / implementation of the ordered products and services, mutual financial settlements, performance of any obligations under warranty or guarantee;

the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking action before the conclusion of a contract - art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR

performing duties resulting from legal regulations, in particular tax law, accounting regulations or in order to identify a customer and register a transaction resulting from the regulations on money laundering;

The processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation of the Controller - art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR

direct marketing of products and services, i.e. transmission, display, sending of commercial information (e.g. information about promotions, competitions, games, commercial offers or purchase proposals); and, subject to a separate consent, also by means of messages sent to your e-mail address or telephone number and during telephone conversations;

The processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party - art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR

surveys of customer satisfaction, conducting campaigns regarding product safety and improving the quality of goods and services, for analytical and statistical purposes;

determination, investigation or defence of the Controller’s claims

ensuring the safety of persons and property ;

internal financial settlements with suppliers of goods, conducting internal audits

Recipients of data

Your personal data may be transferred to entities authorized by law. In addition, data may be transferred to the Controller’s business partners, if the transfer of data remains in connection with the implementation of a contract, payment operators, entities providing consulting, legal, auditing, accounting, insurance, financial, personal and property protection services, IT service providers, courier and transport companies, entities that process data for debt recovery, participate in the organization of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.

Data transmission outside the EEA

The personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area (European Union countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

The period during which data will be stored

In the case of preparation of an offer for you, we will process your personal data for the period of validity of the offer and for the period necessary to conclude the contract. In the case of concluding the contract, your personal data will be processed until the claims for the contract are time-barred or until the obligation to process data resulting from legal provisions expires. Where personal data is processed on the basis of justified interests of the Controller, personal data will be processed throughout the period of the Controller's activity on the market and fulfilment of the indicated goals. Personal data processed in the scope of conducting marketing activities will be processed during the time of their processing by the Controller or you express objection to the further processing of personal data for these purposes. If the data is processed based on your consent, personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.

The rights of the data subject / individual

You have the right to access the data and the right to demand rectification, deletion and processing restrictions. If the basis for the processing of your personal data is the interest of the Controller, you may object to the processing of your personal data. In particular, you have the right to object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing and profiling. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. To the extent that your data is processed in order to conclude and perform the contract or processed on the basis of consent - you also have the right to transfer your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing personal data as required by applicable laws is necessary. Providing personal data in connection with a contract is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. In other cases, providing personal data is voluntary.

Source of data

We process the data you provide, as well as data from websites and, in relation to entities conducting business activities, also from public registers. We process the following categories of data: identification data, contact details and correspondence addresses.
